Yes! PoopyScoopy offers dog waste pickup all year long at every location. Even during the winter months, our team continues to provide service. In snowy areas, most pet waste remains accessible and can still be removed effectively.

PoopyScoopy offers dog waste removal plans starting at just $60 per month. Final pricing depends on factors like yard size, how often you’d like service, and how many dogs you have. On average, most of our clients invest between $95 and $135 per month for clean, stress-free yards.

Yes: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.

Note: If you move forward with weekly services after an initial cleanup, you will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup on the same day.
Next payment is due the 1st of the following month.









Example: John Doe signed up for weekly services and we will begin the initial cleanup followed by every Tuesday cleanups on 3/15/2022. He is paying $80 per month for Every Tuesday Cleanups.

The agreed rate for the spring cleanup is $100. On the first cleanup (3/15/2022), John will be billed for the first cleanup (100) and the remainder of the month (2 more cleanups) on 3/15/2022.

Initial Cleanup: $100
Remainder of March Cleanups (3/22, 3/29): $40
Total: $140

Next Payments To Be Processed:

If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. 
When first linking a debit or credit card to your online portal, a test transaction for $1.50 may occur. No money is actually taken out of your account. This is simply the standard protocol for the software we use.

No long-term commitments! You’re free to start, pause, or cancel your service anytime through your customer portal or by giving our office a call.

We securely double-bag all pet waste and either place it in your designated trash bin or neatly by your garage—whichever you prefer.

Absolutely—we’re happy to clean with your pups around! All we ask is that if your dog has ever shown signs of aggression, please keep them indoors during our visit. The safety of our team is extremely important. If a dog displays aggressive behavior toward our staff, we’ll need to request they be kept inside—or, in some cases, we may have to remove the home from our route.

Yes, you’re welcome to request a preferred service day! While not all days may be available in your area, our large team usually allows us to offer 2–3 scheduling options that work well with your routine.

We don’t offer set arrival times for our poop scooping services. To keep our pricing affordable, we optimize our routes the night before service based on drive times and efficiency. While we’ll do our best to work with your schedule, flexibility helps us serve everyone more effectively.
